Urgently required Experienced Customer Service Officer
Act as the key interface between salesperson and relevant departments.
Provide full support to the Sales Team and liaise with internal departments to ensure clear communication channel and accurate information is gathered to reach overall company goals
Customer Service Officer (Sales Support)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries
- Process enquiries by checking the stock from warehouse, lead time from production and requesting freight charges from shipping dept.
- Follow up all enquiries, on receiving the order, forward to the Sales administrator for raising an invoice
- Coordinate with Project Manager to activate confirmed orders into company system and ensure the orders are completed as scheduled
- Monitor & update Sales Manager on production and shipping status of orders on a regular basis
- Answer questions about pricing, shipment status, and product availability
- Communicate with Clients with regard to order progressing, documentation requirements, payment status and to resolve any potential issues arising from your projects
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Matured and confident
