Customer Service Manager
Company: A public company, corrugated paper box manufacturer, preparing to list on SET
Work place: Muang Samuthsakorn
Report to: Mon – Sat (8.30 A.M. -6.30 P.M.)
Salary: 45,000 – 60,000 Baht
- Customer Relationship Management
Create value and implement customer service plans for sustainable business growth in long term, through effective collaboration with customers, fully aligned with sales strategy.
- Customer Service Planning
Define customer service plans to fit each customers and marketing channels to support business strategy
- Order Management
Manage the process from order entry to customer delivery and billing to ensure perfect customer order and exceed customer expectation.
- Account Receivable Management
Support cash management by maximizing cash collection, minimizing overdue and maintaining clean accounts (without pending financial issues), according to the credit policy.
- Financial Understanding
Understand and explain financial and economic impact of customer service management and incorporate it in daily tasks.
- Commercial Understanding
Understand market, customer behavior, commercial strategy and commercial process, able to apply them to effective customer service process.
- Male or Female, age 35 up,
- Degree or higher in relating fields.
- At least 5 years experiences in managing Customer Service Team.
- Interpersonal skill and team player attitude.
- Experienced with a manufacturing / listed company is an advantage.
- Able on English communication.
