Customer Service Manager
On behalf of our client who is a well-known retail, we are looking for a professional Customer Service Manager who can provide an outstanding after-sales service to their customers. The main task is to keep the department running and to increase customer satisfaction.
- Assure proper operations in the front of the store e.g. dealing with complaints and compliments from customers and returning merchandise to their positions
- Oversee the process of accepting exchange and returns of merchandise and offering advice to the customer
- Improve customer service experience and take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organization and department
- Meeting with department managers to provide improvements to customer service aspect and training new staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- At least 5 years of experience working in a Customer Service or related area
- Strong communication skills both Thai and English
- Willing and able to work on a roster which may include weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work well under pressure with a good personal presentation
- Motivational skills and the ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service staff
