CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
– Swarovski Gemstones
YOU WILL FIND
In this position you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. You are expected to assist the customer service manager and be part of the customer service team. You are required to:
1) Assisting the Customer Service Manager in the daily operation of the customer service department, allocating resources accordingly to ensure objectives are met in line with the company’s Customer Service policy.
2) Monitoring, evaluating and executing the daily tasks on an ongoing basis and initiating actions to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. You will be responsible for reporting and commenting on customer service activities to the Customer Service Manager on a regular basis.
3) And you are in direct contact with our most important customers and accounts on a daily basis. This requires a high level of communication skills, coordination and service mind.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An enthusiastic and motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent English spoken and written skills
- Strategic capability and the ability in executing the tasks and plans
- Action focused, energetic and result driven
- Outstanding skills in analytics and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills, across all levels (from customer service team to customers)
- Work experience in internationally diverse and multi-cultural environments highly preferred
