Customer Implementation Specialist /(Based at Head Office, Sukhumvit 21(Asoke), Bangkok)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES
The position is responsible for:
- Manage, on behalf of the commercial owner, the most complex DGF solutions for customer on a day-to-day basis to ensure that performance targets are met.
- Provide continuous improvement suggestions to the customers by analyzing existing solutions and identifying & implementing service enhancements on an ongoing basis.
- Bachelor Degree or MBA in Business Management, Logistics or and related field.
- At least 3-5 years experiences in Freight or Logistics with strategic business planning, Customer Relationship Management and Project Management background.
- Have experience in working and accomplishing tasks within a cross-functional/matrix type organization.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Good computer skill; MS Office.
- Can-Do attitude.
