CRM Manager - Entertainment Digital Media Platform

To drive promotional strategies and large scale, cross-functional efforts—from idea to implementation to evaluation—in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is highly strategic and can manage multiple initiatives at once. This role will be heavily involved in driving digital platform customer relationship management plans, email marketing promotions, and customer loyalty programs. This role will manage both the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of the company's CRM programs.
- Increase retention and loyalty among our current and future customers
- Manage the email marketing team who send personalized emails at scale to millions of subscribers weekly (Our main communication channel is email—a strong background in and a lot of passion for email is a plus.)
- Establish the Vivid Seats push notification strategy and initiate programs to drive mobile app engagement
- Drive CRM strategies and promotional calendar to create customer life-cycle marketing programs
- Manages all interactions with prospects, and responds to requests from customers.
- Maintains database information for corporate entities.
- Develops and manages budgets for corporate relations program.
- Male/Female, Thai Nationality, age 30-45
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Marketing, or related filed.
- More than 5 years of experience running ecommerce email or marketing campaigns and driving sales, ideally using a large scale email service provider
- A resourceful and detail-oriented personality with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects independently
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and developing practical and specific tactics that produces results
- Creative, active, innovative and artistic
- Friendly and caring for comrades
- Passionate in the area of work
