CRM Campaign Execution Manager (Supervisor-Assistant Manager)
Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities
Working closely with all departments such as IT, Customer Services, Business Units to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Statistics or related fields
Knowledge in SQL Server, SAS
Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good command in English
Able to work in tight deadlines
Working location: All Seasons Place, Wireless Road, Bangkok
