- Manage the operational teams in office
- Communicate clearly with staff on key initiatives, activities or any other relevant information and ensure that every team member receives the same, clear communication.
- Achieve and report on the KPI’s that have been predetermined and implemented to assist you in managing the operational teams.
- Consistently meeting and achieving the KPI’s is an expectation / goal that the Management all have to ensure is achieved.
- Manage the implementation of new systems or processes in office as well as across the region as required and the continual improvement of these systems to bring efficiency to the operations.
- Manage key client accounts implementations in conjunction with the Sales Manager in another country.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with shipping lines, customer brokers and other Bangkok partners.
- Regular communication with Asia team and ensure that all processes are designed in line with the joint consideration of all Group offices.
- Assist in developing business strategy and implementing business plan and relevant business development activities
- Special ad hoc projects
- Experienced in managing a team
- Self motivated with strong leadership skills
- Well-organized and willing to learn, able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently, responsible and hardworking
- Fluent in English in both written and conversational
