ASEAN Potash Mining Public Company Limited (APMC) was founded by the ASEAN member countries with a purpose of establishing Potash Industry in Thailand. This large scale project was promoted as one of the ASEAN Industrial Project (AIP). The project, located in North-Eastern of Thailand at Bamnet Narong, includes Underground Mining, Processing Plant and Inland Transportation to port, and Storage facilities. Production will be 1.1 million tonnes per year of KCl (Muriate of potash). The company converted to a public company on May 12, 2004 with a present registered capital of 2,226.66 million Baht.
Asst. Sales Manager (Fertilizer / Chemical) /ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ปุ๋ย / เคมีภัณฑ์)
- Strategy: Drive and Execute Specialist Strategy for their accounts. Lead the Joint Business Planning Process (JBP) for their nominated accounts.
- Targets: Ensure value and volume targets are met. Build up business sales & market share and also maintain current clients
- Sales planning; sell out management with new and current clients.
- Promotional work: Implement promotional programs with nominated accounts.
- Logistics and Transportations: Related work experience, such as warehousing, storage, shipping, agents, trucks, etc.
- Forecasting: Forecast results and demand from nominated accounts.
- Doing and Analyzing sales reports Bi-weekly, monthly sales activity report to management
- Product presentation to customer.
- Prepare and make presentation and quotation.
- Maintain, create and develop sales through existing and prospective customers
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitors projects, provides feedback, and develops contingency plans for potential problems
- Male or Female, 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in fertilizer
- Strong commitment;
- Have good time management;
- Have the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions;
- Have commercial awareness and some numeracy;
- Be IT literate and have the ability to handle electronic data;
- Be flexible and have the ability to manage change;
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people;
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- He able to negotiate and use your analytical skills;
- Maintain a positive attitude to continued learning.
- Good command of English
