The role of Assistant Customer Services Manager is a multifaceted one. You will be an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, Plaza representative, and public relations agent, all of which needs to be carried out with the utmost politeness, efficiency, and friendliness. Additionally you will monitor all requests are carried out and all realistic expectations are met. You must remain up-to-date with current knowledge about all the plaza products, services and facilities. You will ensure that you and the team are fully compliant with all brand standards. You will ensure that every effort is made to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Bacherlor degree in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
• Good Communication skills
• Experience with Front Office Systems
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
