Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant
(working location at Bangsaotong Bangna KM.23)
Duties and Responsibilities mainly cover all area in accounting function including reporting function, tax function and supervise on a daily operation of accounting department and other assignment assigned by the Finance Manager
Finish Month end closing/reporting and meet Head Quarter deadline.
- Prepare/review (if prepare by other staff) Bank reconciliation report and submit to Finance manager approval on a monthly basis
- Prepare A/R Aging with comment for overdue account if needed
- Prepare/review A/P aging report.
- Prepare/review/ maintain fixed assets register.
- Prepare/review (if prepare by other staff) reconciliation report for all balance sheet items on a monthly basis
- Prepare Weekly cash forecast and bank balance for Finance Manager review and approval
- Prepare all documents necessary for annual auditing, being in charge person for supporting annual audit process and contact with auditor
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Organize Fixed assets and inventory physical count.
- Communicate with overseas inter company, confirm month end balance
- Filling corporate or important document
- Develop/improve accounting system
- Handle mid-year and annual tax returns, and any required tax and duty report/returns.
- Supervise overall accounting function.
- Process payment.
- Handle of A/R function i.e. follow up collection, Control credit for customer, handle credit file, record receipt
- Process JV for any adjust transactions
- Contact Bank for the company business i.e. daily exchange rate, foreign currency transfer documentation.
- Maintain sound internal control
- Handle full cost accounting function
- Assists Finance Manager on any assignment
- Provide guidance on withholding tax and VAT.
- Thai Male / Female with Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- We looking for young generation with age not over than 40 years.
- Minimum 10 years working experience with at least 2 years in middle management or supervisor level. Background knowledge on BOI is required. Be able to handle costing function, if has experience in costing , accounting system (ERP) implementation, industrial zone or EPZ would be advantages. Self-starter and strong or potential in leadership skill.
- Good command of English presentation and Training Skills.
- Effective and efficient in daily work, strong interpersonal skill and able to differentiate urgency & importance. Strong communication skill and coaching. Be able to work with colleque in various level. High potential to step up to Finance manager level.
