Application Support Specialist/ Senior Officer (Customer Service)
- To support customers in 1st tier support for Application as follows;
- Identify basic cause analysis of incident and troubleshoot any reported problems and also resolved problems in a timely manner as required by Service Level Agreement(SLA)
- Follow up Incident Progress and resources to ensure all incident are delivered on time
- Follow up with customers/ team to ensure issue has been resolved.
- To control and manage the Maintenance Agreement (MA) Report's procedure such as Team's Corrective/ Preventive
- To control related documents
- To manage, schedule and coordinate the Preventive MA with the Customer's Agreement.
- Performs other duties and assumes other responsibilities as delegated
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- 3 - 5 years experience in Application Support or Customer Service
- Good command of writen and spoken English (TOEIC at least 650)
- Service Mind, Self-motivated individual with a can-do, Fast Learner and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge about Financial or Investment will be advantage
- Thai Nationality only.
