Application Support / Helpdesk
Job Description :
- Provide 1st line support to Client for Company Applications, System support issues or Requests as necessary.
- Review and prioritize technical and operational support issues from clients and escalate to related party.
- Bachelor's Degree with major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer or related field.
- Experience in web-based architecture or information architecture is preferred.
- 1-2 year Experience in Web Application support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and the ability to write SQL queries
- Experience in Motor Insurance business will be advantage.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills, conceptual thinking.
- Positive attitude, collaborate, and ability to support or work with team.
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and Service mind.
