An excellent Ancillary Revenue Manager job in Bangkok has just arisen at one of the leading Asian Airline companies. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial an be responsible for the overall revenue growth of the company.
About the Ancillary Revenue Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible to increase the overall revenue by developing and implementing the company's ancillary revenue strategy at all routes throughout the entire company's network and to improve customer experience performance in existing ancillary solutions.
- Manage and monitor every route related ancillary revenue stream on a daily and monthly basis to ensure it reach financial targets
- Prepare ancillary plan with financial targets and actions
- Steer the company towards being a market leader of new and innovative products and services
- Manage execution of business plan by coordinating with co-parties Thai and Regional team.
- Organise marketing campaigns for ancillary products and work with advertising and media agency for ancillary communication plan.
- Optimise the fee and charge levels, in line with competitive changes and customer demand
- Present monthly reports
To succeed in the Ancillary Revenue Manager job, you will need to have excellent analytical skills to study the market trends and seasonal factors.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience as Marketing Manager or Category Manager in similar industry or in FMCG
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to travel
