Position: Administrative Officer
Contract Term (สัญญาจ้าง)
Liaise with each department in the company.
Provide administrative support in Departments.
Generate and preserve office documents e.g. report, letter
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning and mailing.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Fluent command in Thai language (Speaking, Listening, and Writing).
- Working experience in customer service, admin tasks, coordinator is a plus.
- Good English communication both spoken and written.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being organised and responsive to requests and timelines.
- Good with Microsoft office applications.
- Good attitude towards works.
