Admin and Purchasing Officer
- Responsible for all activities in office administration i.e. office stationary, furniture, maid and etc.
- Responsible for company physical assets
- Responsible for Purchasing process, PR and PO
- Responsible for custom issues
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage general documentation and administrative tasks
- Take responsibility for contact with suppliers
- Issue purchase requisition and purchase order
- Maintain and improve suppliers data
- Provide and prepare stationery, telephone, mobile phone and etc.
- Fixed asset and extension number
- Handle and inspect office utilities and general environment
- Facilitate assigned tasks and conduct related report
- Support and assist to HR manager and Financial Controller
- Perform other duties, as appropriate or requested.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
