SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Responsible to the President for all long-range financial matters. Manage service delivery to clients. Focus on growth trajectory. Strengthen the company’s culture. Building and leading the managerial teams.Allocating capital to the company’s priorities.
- Responsible as a profit center head
- Achieve organizational goals and objectives.
o Growth plans &strategies
- Strategy & Tactics for clients, trends and environment
- Develop and leverage client relationships to maximize bottom line results
o Establish processes to achieve all the KPIs for the organization
- Presents monthly financial statements; P&L, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flow Statement; and rolling cash flow requirements statement in a timely manner.
- Manage the team to achieve organization’s goals
o Maintaining operations SLA & QA
o Creates a cultural environment that helps the company attract, retain and develop people
o Supervise processes and policies (security, admin)
- Diagnose & resolve non-performing objectives

Reports directly to the President.Manages the operations, administrative, human resources, information technology, accounting, and professional services teams.

ü Experience as a profit center/department head preferred.
ü Minimum 10 years of progressively higher management responsibilities experience.
ü IT/ITeS/BPO Industry experience mandatory
ü College Degree in any relevant fields, for example commerce or business administration.

Able to understand and utilize financial reports and legal documents to conduct business. Able to apply statistical calculations, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, and sampling theory as well as algebra, linear equations, and other analytics as required.

Sitting for extended periods is common. Hearing, vision and speaking within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
Some International/Domestic Travel may also be required to engage in marketing activities.
The job is performed indoors in a modern open office setting.

Salart CTC : Starting From 100,000 THB/month (USD 3000/Month), depends on applicant’s experience and potential future contributions. 10 – 20 % variable pay based on performance on KPls.
