THE COMPANY: Leading European Kitchen Appliance Manufacturer
- In charge of all issues related to repair and service of kitchen appliances
- Provide customer satisfaction through technical service and installation
- Schedule and carry out maintenance calls and perform customer visits
- Investigate any faults arising from utilization
- Provide an important link between customers and sales
- Monitor repairs in terms of company’s service/ warranty cover and make suggestions as to product improvements
- Occasionally support clients on site (project developer support)
- Work closely with the technical support team in Shanghai
- Thai, age 28-35
- Bachelor or Higher Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in technical services of kitchen appliances, washing machines, refrigerators, dish washers etc.
- Self-motivated and proactive in technical and support approval
- Ability and willingness to occasionally travel in the region to support clients on site
- Computer literate and good command of written and spoken English
