Job function: Technical Service Engineer is responsible for receiving serious vehicle problem from dealers and provides technical support via telephone or E-learning. Support the dealer to FIRFT (fix it right first time) at training center or at the dealership
Principal responsibilities & duties:
- Receive inquiry from dealer and advise technical knowledge.
- Make Thai Service Information and Hotspot.
- On-site FIRFT (Fix It Right First Time)support at Training Center and dealers.
- Translate service manual and supply to dealer.
- Up-date service manual for TSO.
- Handle difficult customer in technical view and make the report.
- Deep dive analysis of MSI FIRFT
- Communicate with supplier for quality improvement.
- Establish exchange vehicle component program with supplier.
- Collect and analysis defective parts.
- Support technician and service advisor contest activities.
- Support technical trainer to develop training course and improve technician's competency skill.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Technician or Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience in area of Vehicle Technical Service or Field Engineer or Vehicle Technical Service Technician
- Basic literacy with computers
- Good Automotive knowledge
- Thai communications skills, written and verbal (high level)
- Good command of English
- Process oriented, problem solver
- Team oriented and self motivating, self starter who can perform well with minimum supervision
