3.1 Maintain the Call Center system

  • Facilitates and monitors the process from initiation through delivery.
  • Manage between the product owners and development team to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
  • Maintains product backlog.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the Backlog is well groomed and ready for the team
  • Removes or addresses process impediments.
  • Coach the team to improve and to work as a self-organizing team
  • Protect the team from distractions and unplanned work
  • Manage dependencies and coordinate between teams
  • Communicate team progress by ensuring team goals are met and metrics are updated daily
  • Facilitating productivity by removing impediments team will encounter, mediating through conflicts, helping team to make decisions and adhering to continuous improvement principles
  • Driving adoption of engineering practices and best coding practices
  • Leveraging data to measuring & monitoring progress 
  • increase the development effectiveness.
  • Helping teams adhere to the best engineering practices and the Definition of Done.
  • Facilitate team's self-organization and growth
  • Facilitate communication and improve transparency, remove impediments the team will encounter
  • Track and communicate team progress, as well as sprint or release progress
  • Encourage discussion, conflict resolution, alternatives or different approaches
  • Help mitigate distractions and increase the team's focus
  • Coordination with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Review and confirm the appropriate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals are assigned
  • Drive and Collect technical spec for guide line development and knowledge sharing
  • Review gap and guide line team
  • Initial detail plan for architecture design, system design, development and implement section 
  • Get analysis requirement and provide solution to user
  • Initial Functional spec and technical spec follow user requirement 
  • Troubleshoot and quickly resolve elevated technical concerns and questions with Call Center product and tailored-made software.
  • Monitor and respond to application/system errors.
  • Work with vendor to support users in Call center system.
  • Installation, training, documentation, monitoring, validation, feature verification for contact center.
  • Follow-up and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.
  • Be a part of team to do research and development for service improvement
3.2 Be a member in project related to the system enhancement.
  • Deal and work well with Application Product vendor to finish the project as the business requirements.
  • Collaborates neighbored application owners for system integration design.
  • Provide/develop appropriated solutions to integrate call center product with others.
  • Prepare data/system environment to support system integration test / user acceptant test.
  • Install and support during the project implementation

 Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree or higher relate to Computer Science or Engineering degree
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Telecommunication and Call Center system.
  • Strong background in programming skill. (Java, SQL, scripting concepts)
  • Experience work in middle-large size software development project.
  • Telecommunication and Call Center product and architecture: PBX, Voice Recording, Workforce management, IVR and CTI will be advantage.
  • Auto dialer knowledge. (EPRO is advantage)
  • Good command in English
  • Handle multi-tasking
  • Be able to do effectively identify system hardware/software/network problems 
  • Good inter-personal skills and a strong team player.
  • Can-do attitude.

Work Location : Krungsri Ploenchit Office (KSPO), near BTS Ploenchit
