Job Summary & Purpose:
- To provide customer behavior analysis and transaction analysis to all company functions: Promotion, Event, Buying, Merchandising, store operations and also related companies : CFM, CMK from time to time. The analysis are done in all dimensions : all categories, all Skus, all stores, all member and non member
- To find business insight and opportunity from analysis then recommend way to improve / opportunity to business to gain more customers and sales
- To utilize them for finding insight to marketing purposes and other business related i.e. Operation and Buying& Merchandising
- To use customer transaction data to develop, analyze and bring into the decision-making process by integrating consumer data with other relevant market data such as category management, POS data etc.
- To contribute to day to day category management process by supporting consumer segmentation data in order to achieve category objectives.
- Provide performance reports of CRM program to internal and external party and all kind of affinity program for evaluating the effectiveness and further development.
- Provide analysis relating to customer behavior, business performance, store format performance, campaign effectiveness, category or product group performance.
- Marketing campaigns including new stores, renovated stores, problem stores, corporate promotions, store format promotions, Events
- B&M purposes including special assortment analysis, product group analysis
- Store purposed : Store group analysis i.e SKR low cost, Tops Market UPC, Tops Daily in tourist area
- CRM purposed: Point campaigns, target direct mail, lost customer campaign, best customers campaign, HBD
- Run simulations for all marketing campaigns and activities to estimated market size effect, participation and budget
- Use customer database and transaction to prepare customer behavior report for targeted promotion purpose.
- Verify data collection process and routine address cleaning function, maintaining specific customer attributes and safeguarding access.
- Be the part of research team for all corporate research projects and conduct the fieldwork for the projects done internally.
- Testing new analytical tool or develop new report according to new technology development.
- Evaluate and interpret reporting that identifies growth area within customer segments, departments/categories and brands
- Provide analytical and category management integration support for building and evaluating customer segment business plans.
- Measure success of CRM program and all kind of affinity program for the development and able to make the recommendation and opportunity to the CRM team.
Prepare the research report that required by management team.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Marketing, MBA, Economics, Finance or other related fields
- Experience: At least 2- 3 years in customer analysis or business analysis.
- Senior CRM analyst is rare resource in the market because they must have high skill of customer’s analytics plus some technical
- knowledge relating to Access, SAS or SQL. Moreover, they should have marketing/ business senses then can interpret data to strategies and tactics recommendations
- Experience in food/retail business or Category Management is preferred
