1. Business and workflow development
- Educate the customer and develop their workflow to improve the customer workflow / business which workflow / business will be return to Canon Solution.
2. Presale Support
Assist sales for set up, testing and support solution for showroom, product launch,exhibition, workshops, customer demonstration etc., to make sure the solution is ready for customer showing efficiency.
Doing the site survey with sales to make sure that the customer environment is ready for our solution implementation.
Assists Sales in evaluating tender specifications (technical/system specifications) and ensures the correct configuration of HW and SW.
Trains the salesforce on features, advantages and benefits of the software and how to apply the software into the total document workflow.
Sources for IT products which are included in the bundled order, liaises with IT/SI vendors to deliver the correct solutions. Conducts feasibility study on 3rd party products in order to integrate with Canon solutions, to make sure that the solution proposed is best fit for the customer needed.
Prepare and delivery the training and / or document in part of software and HW (operation / administrator level) which related with the solution proposed, to make sure that the customer can operate and administrative our solution well.
4. Post-sales support
Provide 1st level software and hardware connectivity support to customer system in a professional manner.
Keep update all product information for bug fix and patch update and share among the team, to make sure that we can solve the problem of the solution fast and correctly.
Attend field visit if necessary and/or during the sales cycle or after sales cycle to make sure that we have good relation with IT related. And / or do the Software maintenance in a proper time, to make sure that the system is running well in a good manner.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or any related field.
- 0-3 years experience in software or system support environment.
- Familiar with networking, windows client, windows server.
- Have knowledge of UNIX and/or AS/400 and/or oracle.
- Own transportation and have a driving license.
