As Chief of Social Media Marketing, your primary responsibility for this role will be to overseeing client service and maximize customer satisfaction. You will focus on delivering the result of social media campaign with team. You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, team training and leading, product and service development, co-ordinate with Facebook team to deliver new feature and developing team to achieve target.
- Lead and manage the 5-7 client service ,ads optimization and content marketing teams to reach the company objectives
- Focus on client service development and social media technical to maximize customer satisfaction
- Manage quantitative and qualitative team objectives
- Develop case studies with team
- Age 28-35 years old.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any field
- Experience on Facebook ads and content marketing is required
- More than 1 years of experience in team management
- Understanding of reporting requirement
- Committed & results oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivation and work under pressure
