- Work on a 24*7 shift basis, responsible to monitor all calla related and alert or fix the issue as first tier
- Follow checklist of opermon daily report
- Answer calls from IT Help Desk and do conference call with related party to resolve issues or incidents.
- Answer calls from operation on critical batch job fail, escalate to supervisor and call related parties to resolve critical batch incidents / issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or IT related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT operation
- Flexible and able to work on ad hoc assignment by supervisor
- Able to work on a shift basis
