To Develop/ innovate Liquidity/Collections/Payment/Card & EDC products and services which suitable in market segmentation, changing marketing environment and customer orientation.
To define the Collection Solutions and Strategy to serve domestic collection activities of the selected Segment and Industry in order to acquire and retain Corporate and SME customers to use TMB as their Main Bank.
To minimize budget planning, resources planning, time line with in maximum product efficiency.
To work with internal and also external partners to maintain/enhance existing system or new system for improve products and service.
To ensure that the product supports the bank’s overall strategy and directions.
Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering is preferable
- Have at least 3 years of strong cash management knowledge with IT background
Have direct experience on project development related on IT eg. Requirement and UAT
- Good analytical skill
- Good in English communication both written and spoken
- Knowledgeable in Cash Management product and services
- Understanding banking policies
