To manage overall performance of TMB Personal Loan Product
To manage and align actions on product with current sales channels and explore other business opportunity to generate more business profit
To manage on maximization of pricing strategy of product
To manage on process development (E2E) with efficiency and effectiveness of products and services to internal and external customer as well as ensure the profitability achieved business target set (accordance to the Bank’s strategy guideline).
To manage with related parties to set up and revise credit policy and underwriting standard and comply to BOT and other government ‘s regulations.
Portfolio management /review and update product criteria /application/terms and condition/contract and other related documents to comply with risk policy and BOT regulations.
To manage on portfolio management actions including risk area to maximize profitability
To ensure that PSAP//PPR/PID/BIA proposal are ready to be launched/added/withdrawn.
To manage in launching new feature and campaign in order to expand portfolio and market competitive.
To manage on product manual / procedure/fact sheet and other material
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Working experience at least 8 years and experiences on credit card or Banking business
- Experiences in marketing field on consumer card product or any related
