Perform assessment of Country VSSM training priorities and help developing training plan.
Consolidate local training requirements identified from the needs assessment process.
Identifies contents gaps in the country to be repurposed & Take Dealer & Course feedbacks
Drive localization of courseware for curriculum with help of Vendor team
Manages course deliveries in the country as per Plan.
Communicate formally and informally with internal and external customers in the country unit
Leverage GM Learning, GM Global Training repository, Country units training resources.
Implements LMS & other Training tools.
Helps on Budget development Process & Track locally.
Administers / tracks invoice for all training products and services.
Supports the Deployment of SFLP for field staff, New Product Training.
Facilitate the Steering committee meetings, Regional TTT , trainings meetings.
Work closely with GM International Training Team as per RASIC Chart.
Manage training infrastructure/Training Centre with help of Vendor Team
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or in Education preferred. Strong understanding in automotive dealership business
- Communication, Strong project management skills, Bilingual in English and local language, Knowledge in is an advantage
- Sales & Aftersales Automotive retail and wholesale business, Training processes and systems
