To perform understanding on industry base and wholesale customer base to identify customer needs in order to develop value proposition guideline for products and service offering that serves wholesale customer requirement.
Scope of analysis covers industry, customer, and competitor analysis for developing products to meet the needs and take into considerations the business environment.
To generate Lead and maintain Lead database for Corporate Banking segment.
Responsible for developing market analysis in terms of competitive environment, wholesale customer analysis from customer understanding, customers' need
Responsible for developing strategic market research through primary and secondary sources as a strategic tools for segment strategy and wholesale product development
To coach the junior team members (manager and officer level) on wholesale segment understanding, analysis and lead database work as well as any adhoc assigned tasks.
Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science/MIS, Accounting or Marketing
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking business /product development / relationship management/ marketing/ research/ Investment banking/ Credit Analyst or credit management
