In this role you will need to use discretion and diplomacy at all times. Be flexible and professional and proactive, organised with excellent Microsoft Office Skills as well as having an excellent telephone manner and all round communication skills. The role will include: Diary management using Outlook. Typing and preparing accurate documentation when requested. Collate and produce reports. All other general administrative duties and management of school office. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of School
