- Make reservations, process sales order, check inventory, advise clients of available products and if necessary production lead-time, provide invoices/delivery note, up-selling product and alternatives products.
- Give product and technical advises. Strong ability to assign the best suited fabric cuts to an order, correspond with client to fulfill their requests.
- Responsible for regular feedbacks to Operations Team to help improve services and brand experience to customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of system for Sales Support team.
- Contribute to feedback of products.
- Ability to give feedbacks of the markets.
- Responsible for understanding more about shipping procedures and special paperwork need.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistic and Supply Chain or related fields.
- Good command of English in both written and spoken (TOEIC 600 is preferable).
- Computer literary.
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
