Sales Representatives (5 positions – Bangkok)
AsiaPAC Healthcare Co., Ltd. is looking for self-motivated, energetic, outgoing and high achievement individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives.
The sales representatives will be part of a growing team to provide the service necessary to grow and develop a strong business relationship with customers.
Responsible for launching new products into the domestic market
Implement sales campaigns: assign territories and leads, set attainable objectives by sales forecasts
Forecast sales, develops “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Responsible for generating sales to meet sales goals
Develop, maintain and expand client database and accounts within your assigned territory
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
Negotiate trading terms with customers
Communicate with customers via email, telephone, or visit.
Organize sales visit schedules and product presentation sessions
Organize tools to promote and sell the complete line of products
Maintain a pristine record of customer activities, feedbacks and satisfaction in accordance with company policy
Process sales documentations and reports
Analyze sales data, record sales figures, forward planning and take immediate corrective action when required
Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
Support sales, marketing and others activities as required by Supervisor/Manager
Ensure promotions are in with action plan and company’s policies
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Keep abreast of industry, customer and competitor forces and how they will impact both short and long term business goals.
Identify future and current trends concerning sales strategies, marketing campaigns, etc. that appeal to consumers
Continuously improve on product knowledge
Female – Thai Nationality
Age: 22-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher - Degree in Business or Marketing will be a plus.
1-2 years experience in similar position in skin care or OTC pharmaceutical product industry
Good command of English language
Strong selling and presentation skills and self-motivated
Good personality and able to work independently
Competency with computer skills - Microsoft office
Good communication skills
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Must be willing and able to travel
Sales person with high achievement track records will be a plus
Basic salary commensurate with work experience
Fixed 13th month salary applicable upon confirmation
Monthly incentive based on sales team’s performance.
Year End incentive based on sales team’s performance
Additional Year End bonus based on company performance
