Sales Manager (Medical Device)

You will Organize, plan, manage and control the product, sales, and marketing activities to ensure the sales achievement of the assigned product.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationship with doctors, hospital, local healthcare professionals, business partner and other referral sources in the medical community.
- Handle and ensure that you will meet or exceed monthly sales target and KPI.
- Search and expand new business opportunities in new prospects.
- Continually educate clients, and market in area of products and services.
- Manage and coach sales representative to achieve of over achieve sales target.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedure and business ethics code and ensure that they are communicated within the team.
- Male / Female, Age 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree of higher in Pharmacy, Medical Technology or related science. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management in area of medical equipment.
- Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills.
- Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills.
- Strong leadership, self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills and people management skill.
- Excellent presentation/training skill.
- Ability to travel and with own transportation.
