About 1-3 years experiences in Customer Services role and complaint handling function.
Good problem solving and negotiation skills
High patience and tolerance in handling difficult situations and customers
A good team player
Capable of writing reports and preparing presentations
Good interpersonal and communication skills, service orientated with a positive attitude
Good computer knowledge, especially in MS Office
Good command of English, both spoken and written
