Sales Administration Assistant (Rayong)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administration Assistant to join our Rayong team. In this diverse and important role, you will be the first point of call for our Sales Team and Customers.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Maintain Sales Database
- Processing Sales Orders through to invoicing
- Processing of Supplier Purchase Orders
- Receiving and dispatching orders
- Providing a high level of admin support to the sales team and customers
- Ad hoc administrative duties
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have a can do attitude, good command of English (written and verbal), strong computing (Microsoft Office) and typing skills, experience with SAP (BYD) an advantage,hold a valid driver’s licence, good attention to detail, and the ability to multi task and work productively with a high level of tact and diplomacy.
