- Support sales department on daily sales transactions such as quotation handling, sales report and sales transactions
- Co-ordinate with related parties to deliver to customer as agreement.
- Resolve customer issues over the telephone, including billing inquires
- Ensuring that all sales activities and sales data are recorded in the system accurately
- Manage and organize on sales related document and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related filed
- 1 - 3 years of working experience as sales coordinator or sales support.
- Service minded and English Communication ability in speaking and writing
- Detail-oriented with high documentation and Excel spreadsheet
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office skills
- Dynamic, energetic and self-motivated professional
- Service minded with pleasant personality
- Good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure with positive attitude
- Able to work with international organization
