Areas of responsibilities
- Responsible Overall sales and profit of team Target
- Plan and control workflow and work’s direction by follow a company’s strategy.
- Control, analyse and improving sales process (Sale Activities and KPI) along with directors and Business Development team.
- Establish, develop and manage team to achieve goals.
- Build quality staffs to be able to work in the direction as assigned.
- Liaise with other’s departments to ensure a smooth workflow until submit to customers.
- Work together with company’s partners e.g. Google to reach the assigned goals.
- Flexible for any changes of workflow (one of a company’s policy), to support changes in a business.
- Male/Female age above 30 years.
- At least Bachelor degree in any fields.
- Skillful in leadership.
- 7 years of work experienced.
- Experienced in sales
- More than 2 years experienced in sales’ management.
- Skillful in MS office (Word and Excel)
- Good attitude and interpersonal.
- Skillful in analyse data and improve working’s efficiency from an obtained data.
- Capable to work under pressure.
- Capable to communication in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Hard-working, responsible and endure.
