The position is to responsible on full recruitment cycle from job posting until interview candidates with line managers. Build a strong candidate pools and pipelines to identify any talent that may fit the organisation in the near future. Also being an advisor to line manager and candidate in achieving a mutual understanding on position expectation.
Area of responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of recruitment and selection function including sourcing, screening and placement of potential candidates according to business needs in a cost effective manner. Responsible to ensure professionalism in conducting interviews.
Provide support and partner with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are fulfilled in a timely manner. Proactively recommend, develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to meet business requirements.
Custodian of updated Position Description through consistent reviewing on any business operations changes and ensure the maintenance and safekeeping of the Position Description Files. Additionally, responsible to ensure Organisation Charts of all departments are up-to-date.
Partner with T&D in monitoring the Succession Planning system and Career Management process via discussion with Line Management, present recommendations and run assessment to identify development gaps and needs of the key talents in the organization.
Build external talent pipeline through Employer Branding Activities and develop candidate shortlists through cost effective channels to address current and future talent needs for JTI in the region, maintaining global mindset.
Manage the Access PI system by ensuring PROs for all positions and PIs of all employees are completed and filed properly in the system. This should also include PIs for all interviewed candidates.
Develop sourcing strategies using appropriate channels and variety of tools and techniques including but not limited to corporate website, job boards, staffing partners, employee referral program in a cost effective manner.
Bachelor Degree in any related field.
At least 3 yrs.exp. in recruitment agency or FMCG company.
Good in English.
Strong Interpersonal, great networking, and good negotiation skills.
