International Guesthouse seeks high quality and service minded receptionists.
We are a medium sized Guesthouse with mainly European Guests. We are focused on providing excellent service to all our travellers, and we are looking for new people to join our great team at the reception.
For those willing to learn, this is a great opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a friendly, but challenging environment.
- Provide great Customer Service for our guests
- Provide information and suggestions to customer.
- Answer telephone calls and emails from customers
- Book rooms for customers in our Hotel Reservation system
- Sell hotel services and handle cash payments etc.
- Good written and spoken English
- Energetic with a pleasant personality
- Willing to learn.
- Team player and Service-Minded
- Comfortable working with computers
- Keep cool under pressure
- Able to work different shifts 6 days per week, including weekends and festive holidays.

Salary : 12,000 – 15,000 THB depending on skills
