- Develops manager, monitors, reports and advises on quality management systems for all business and support lines.
- Researches and publishes information, data and report regarding development of quality systems and each company’s performance against set indicators.
- Liaise with managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that quality control systems are in use and functioning properly.
- Advises on changes, implementation, training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve and maintain quality.
- Coordinate with internal and external elements to ensure smooth and continuous implementation and certification for quality systems. Serve as subject matter expert for the areas of quality.
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same business would be advantage
- Good command in English
- Good knowledge about quality assurance management and ISO system
- Able to deal with people from multi-function and different backgrounds
- Hard working, result-oriented and organized
- Having a multi-task skills and able to work under pressure.
- Excellence in Microsoft office is advantage
