- Oversees the development and implementation of performance appraisal program and provides advice and recommendations to management level and all staff level.
- Development and implementation of core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into Performance appraisal system.
- Provides ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used effectively
- Develops, review process, conducts presentations and training to management team and all staff level on the performance appraisal system including appraisal forms to ensure completion.
- Maintain performance management and appraisal records (e.g., performance appraisal, awards).
- Track the deployment and alignment of performance management and practices, performance management systems and information systems that SPMS.
- Developing and continually updating the business requirements for the performance management system that will need to integrate into its emerging system.
- Good Analytical and Systematic Thinking
- Good English Language, Communications skills, excellent computer literacy.
- Hands on, Energetic, Flexible.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or any related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in related role.
