Key Functional Areas of Responsibilities
- Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations to team members; overall planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains work flow by overall monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Set direction or policy for people development in the Division, and train and coach the members to encourage all the members for self-development. (develop total organization)
- Consider and propose effective formation/ assignment/ organization structure to improve productivity of the Division.
- Have exceptionally deep expertise and specialty in the Industry and have deep understanding of local market trend and be able to set hypothesis to predict the future trend or movement.
- Keep pace with new technology, industry trend, Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests and share to related team within company
- Make fair and clear judgment (within authority) from the aspect of total company. (not only from the aspect of representative of the assigned Division)
- Create necessary reports for enhancing overall service quality ex. Online Marketing specialist team’s performance report, Ad Optimize performance issue and counter-measure analysis.
- Set up monthly meeting with top management and related parties to discuss about problems found and improvement ideas.
- Responsible to maintain partner status for Google, Facebook and other media assigned by company.
- Create and manage team budget and handle cost reduction program if any.
Requirements &Professional Competencies
- Male/Female Age 28-35 Year.
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relation, Mass Communications, IT Business,Computer, or related fields.
- More than 2 year experience in managing and coaching team members.
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
- Google AdWords certification a plus.
- Skillful in MS office (Words, Excel and Power Point).
- Excellent communication skills in Thai with good communication skills in English (Both speaking and writing), business negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively with great analytic and problem solving skill aiming to customer satisfaction.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and time management with goal and deadline orientation mindset.
- Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
