Our highly respected client is seeking Regional Sales Manager to be responsible for Mobile product sales in Northern Thailand. The job is based in Chiangmai, Thailand.
The Northern Thailand Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of area sales specialists to achieve sales and revenue budgets. This is an important job opening for a dedicated sales professional who wished to take his or her career to the next level. The job offers excellent prospects of career advancement.
- Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the area of Northern Thailand
- Implement as strategic channel plan that expands company's customer base/dealer coverage and ensure its strong presence
- Supply and demand, channel chain management (sell in, sell thru, sell out and Inventory)
- Retail engagement and execution such as branding, visibility, POSM, local events and roadshows
- Lead the local program and activities to support customers
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key customers (distributors, retail chains, dealers)
- Leading, coaching and mentoring area sales and promotion teams to achieve sales and others targets, including market share
- Provide weekly sales reports
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Thai nationality
- At least 4 years of experience in sales
- Strong experience in smartphone business
- Channel management skills
- Retail and marketing execution
- Analysing skill
