- Provide Field Services installation and Technical Support for Firewall and Network product at customer site.
- Provide high level service and applications support to customers on the Company’s products.
- Attend to any call made by customers require supporting.
- Work with customers for Troubles Shooting and Preventive Maintenance.
- Flexible for working schedule re-arrangement or relocation.
- Provide technical support and on-site technical service to product users.
Jobs Description :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Engineering, Science (Computer Science).
- At least 5 years’ experience in trouble-shooting, repairing & equipment servicing.
- Have skill for Network infrastructure (e.g. Router, Firewall, Switch, Wi-Fi).
- Good command in English.
- Good knowledge of Telecommunication.
- Able to travel on short notice.
- Security/Network Professional Certification ex. CCNA, Sec+ is an advantage.
