- To lead the OTC sales team to reach the business goal.
- To do sales analysis, evaluate the market situation in order to set up proper business plan.
- Coordinating with Principals/Clients in developing and implementing business plan.
- Coaching and people development.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferable in Pharmacy).
- At least 5years experiences in Pharmaceutical market or related field (OTC market is preferable).
- Strong in data and financial analysis (GPS tracking analysis is preferrable)
- Strong leadership with good communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Initiative and positive thinking.
- Good English communication (written and spoken).
- Independent with well stress management
- Computer literacy.
