- Market research and analysis: yearly data compilation in global SMR database, market shares and trends analysis by country, product family and by competitor. (20%)
- Strategic planning: in close liaison with regional MD and Country Sales Managers, analyze and plan the strategic growth actions by end-market, product family, application etc., and support in follow-up. (10%)
- Customer-mapping: on the base of strategic plan, coordinate with the Country Sales managers the establishment of "customer-mapping" lists of selected market segments, analyze and decision on Target Accounts. (10%)
- Brand equity support market analysis and planning for brand visibility actions: seminars, distributor training, participation to exhibitions (direct or through distributors). (20%)
- Traditional sales support: coordinating with the Products Managers the realization of product brochures, and the participation to industry exhibitions. (10%)
- Digital sales strategy planning and execution: website, online presence, other digital tools such as CRM, online sales portal etc. (10%)
- Track Competitor information, Trademarks, macro-economic trends and other strategic business environment information relevant for general management. (10%)
- Coordination of some internal communication tools (company profiles, formats etc.). (10%)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 7 years’ experience in Marketing.
