Job Description

Job Description:
  • Persistency Management
    • Lead the implement of Bancassurance persistency strategic projects and transform into action plan
    • Develop and participate in the implementation of all persistency projects both internal and external departments
    • Design and develop action plan and implement to protect and retrieve sustainable of persistency
    • Regularly monitor and reports the persistency situation in-depth and various dimensions match to the audiences
    • Searching and compile knowledge and technique of persistency through the working process and system impact to movement of persistency and educate, consult and train sales team to understand and manage their individual persistency effectively
    • Infiltrate and educate the persistency knowledge to KTB License Broker to understand and engage KAL sales team to protect persistency in long term
    • Closely work with persistency committee to push effort for their support and problem solving in macro level
    • Consult KAL sales team to manage their portfolio and persistency effectively.
    • Manage and follow up campaigns relate to persistency and reinstatement to meet the objective and target set
    • Coordinate with ACADEMY to review and revise all courses relate to persistency regularly to improve the understanding and practicing effectively
  • Business Retention Management
    • Develop and participate in the implementation of all retention activities and orphan policy both internal and external departments
    • Cross working in projects relate to retention activities such as reducing other premium in pipeline, reducing unknown premium to retain the customer
    • Centralize to communicate the retention activities of the company to KAL sales team to support retention service to customer
    • Handle monthly policy transfer effectively
  • Lead generation and customers relationship program
    • Participate in the implementation on lead generation and customers campaign management both existing and KTB customers of Bancassurance channel and across the business
    • Participate in establishing a dashboard and comprehensive analysis of lead profile and customers profile
    • Implement the sales activities and campaign management of lead generation and customers align with the Bancassurance KPI
    • Cross working with customer experience or smart data team to define sales activities and customers analysis to implement on campaign management both lead and customers
    • Communicate and participate in sales activities management, lead utilization and customers campaign to promote, motivate through push the successful of each activities
  • Master or Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experiences in Sales management in banking or insurance industry
  • Project management or Business development relate to operating process in service industry
  • Analytical and systematically thinking through execution
  • Attitudes, conduct and demeanor reflects the company values
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of spreadsheets and database in particular
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to plan and schedule work with a customer-orientated and results-driven approach with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, strong desire to share and influence in the future growth and success
