The Loyalty Club GRO is responsible for taking care of customers’ needs during their visit to Savan Resorts. Reports to the Loyalty Club Supervisor and above
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service related position with customer Service being the prime focus
- Promote the Loyalty Club Rewards on the Mass Gaming floor.
- Must be able to learn how to use the PMS system and familiar with the PMS system. (CRM System)
- Must be able to adapt to Department Procedures
- Must be able to Communicate with relative departments and inform them about the redemption awards.
- Must be willing to participate in promotions when required to do so.
- Will work directly and report to the Loyalty Club Supervisors and above.
- Fluent in speech, read & right in Thai and Loas
- English language is a plus
- Must be Computer literate
- Must be willing to work shifts
