A leading FMCG company is looking for a Key Account Manager in Bangkok to manage client accounts and support the business in its next phase of growth.
About the Key Account Manager:
As the Key Account Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Modern Trade Manager and Channel Development Manager. You will use in-depth category, brand and consumer details to develop solid growth plans and projects for the company.
- Manage and achieve sales target for Modern Trade account and develop business plan and opportunities
- Negotiate and handle objection with customers and building relationship with customers
To succeed in the Key Account Manager role, you will need to have an ability to work effectively and cooperative with other account managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least three years' experience in Modern Trade channel in FMCG business
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good strategic thinking skills
- Experience in well planned and executed projects
- Good analytical, supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge in Sales Performance Management system (SPMS) on In-Store Missions, Customer Management and Category Management Skill
- Firm on own work principles and able to manage expectations
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
