- Establish the sales strategies to ensure achieve sales and company target.
- Analyze market information and trend; identify new opportunity in order to increase sales revenue.
- Maintain and improve company’s product displays in store and identify opportunities for attractive display.
- Perform demand planning by using historical data and activity plan by account
- Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales performance
- Maintain strong relationship with partner.
- Develop sale team to ensure that monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration/Economics or related field.
- Has 7 or over years working experience in sales / key account management in FMCG business in Modern Trade channel
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Good of written and spoken English
- Good strategic planning, analytical and proactive.
