Scope of work:
● Working time : Mon-Fri 8:00-17:30.
● Good communication in Thai/English.(Prefer person who has good English skill)
● Receive all from end user, troubleshooting and remote support or onsite for mobile device, and peripheral support at HQ office
● Remote support for client troubleshooting for outside Thailand
● Perform problem solving activity on PC & software for user
● Handle all user’s PC & Software request by aligning to company’ standard process
● Support and maintain the Information Technology systems (hardware and software) and provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
● Manage and control incident/ service request met with SLA
● Comply all IT regulations & policies
● Utilize and align support task to company’s ITSM tool
● Support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor
- At least 2 -3 years experience in IT service&support or any related fields
Ticket: 3-5 ticket / day
